We use Select Fill to build the dirt pad for your home to sit on so you won’t have any drainage issues. If you want more stability we can also install concrete runners for the blocks to sit on so your home is supported from any ground movement. This helps reduce any shifting in your home that could cause cracks or the doors/windows to not open/shut in the future.
